Armor of God (A lesson from Ephesians 6)
Every day, kids face things that feel big and scary: feeling alone, worrying, being told they're not enough. The Bible says God doesn't leave us to face those things on our own. He gives us armor to wear, and it's not the kind you can see. It's the kind that protects our hearts and minds. And the best part: we're never fighting alone. We talk to God in prayer every day, and He is always with us.
This year, many generous people helped us bring the Armor of God to life for children:
- Gina Louma partnered with us to bring our design to life.
- Local Printing & Design produced the cards.
- Peggy and her sister created a pocket square for every child, printed with a prayer, to remind them to ask God for help and to put on their armor.
- Operation Cross made shield of faith necklaces, exactly as we hoped, so children can see and hold a reminder of their God-given armor.
- So many of you crocheted hearts that will go out to remind each child to guard their heart.
- Quik Impressions Group produced bookmarks in both English and Spanish that will go out with every book this year.
We are so grateful for our partners and for the unique talents each person shared to help children understand God's Word.
